# Motus AI

> Motus AI is an AI implementation firm based in Chengdu, China. We build working
> AI systems for manufacturers and multi-store retailers — not pilots or demos.
> Legal entity: Chengdu Xindongliang Technology Co., Ltd. (成都新动量科技有限公司).

## What we do

- **Diagnose** — one day on site; we map data, workflows and margins, then name the
three AI opportunities worth money and the ten that are not. Deliverable: written
  report with a go / no-go recommendation.
- **Build** — knowledge bases, support agents, store analytics, internal tools.
Shipped in 3–8 weeks. Source code and documentation handed over.
- **Operate** — annual retainer: monitoring, retuning, new use cases. Monthly review.

## Selected work

- **Store margin dashboard** (retail, 40-store auto-service chain) — agent over POS,
inventory and membership data; manual reporting down 92%, time to insight from
  3 days to 30 seconds.
- **Post-treatment follow-up agent** (healthcare devices) — structured check-ins with
  escalation to clinical staff; follow-up completion 41% → 94%, 18 nurse-hours saved
  per week.
- **Content pipeline** (DTC brand) — multi-channel drafting with human approval;
  output 1 → 5 posts per day, review time 4 h → 40 min.
- **Vocabulary companion** (education, consumer PWA) — spaced repetition plus an
adaptive tutor agent; day-30 retention 2.1× baseline.

## How we work

1. Diagnose on site.
2. Agree on the metric and the baseline before starting.
3. Ship working software in weeks, with weekly demos on client data.
4. Stay through the boring part — monitoring, retuning, new use cases.

## Positions

- One system in production beats ten pilots in a deck.
- The model is not the moat; client data, process and people are.
- If AI is the wrong tool, we say so on day one.
- Everything is handed over: source, prompts, docs, trained owner.
- Small and senior — no account managers, no handoffs.
